Privacy worries for BT, Talk Talk and Virgin Media customers:

March 23, 2008
A company called Phorm has announced deals with the UK top 3 ISP's and other ISP's, their technology tracks a users web page requests and data and sends the user adverts related to their surfing habits. This I feel goes much deeper that just advertising.

More info from <a href="http://www.badphorm.co.uk/page.php?2" target="_blank"> here </a>

<a href="http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/ispphorm/" target="_blank">Petition the Prime Minister</a> to Stop ISP's from breaching customers privacy via advertising technologies.

Due to this <strong><u>League Tables</u></strong> will only be available to <u><strong>members</strong>.</u>

That&#039;s another season over with.... Rollon 2008.

September 9, 2007
69 riders on the last night of this years League 2000, with a record 30 riders in the under 8 group. The under 14 was the last group to be confirmed with James Rowland coming out as winner as brother Alistair lost points as it is the best 10 rides during the season for the trophy.

A record total of 776 rides with a record average of 65 riders per night, with 79 riders the most and 46 on the worst night. 124 different riders during the season.

Another night of history of sorts was that the Tanfield brothers failed to win their age category on the night for the first time in 3 years. However Harry (broken shoulder) and Charlie (crashed during warm up, damaged wrist) both have won their age groups overall with Toby 2nd in under 8's

Congratulations to All winners and see you all at the
presentation Sept 21st Southlands Centre 7pm

Summer holidays......

August 22, 2007

Summer holidays helped in limiting the numbers to 46 tonight. On a windy night with a strong head wind finish only 6 riders did best times in the TT with Lucas Pedley knocking 6 secs off his time.

Only the Under 14 age group to sort out with brothers James and Alistair Rowland on equal points.

Commisations to Harry Tanfield who missed for the first time in 2 years after breaking his shoulder in the Scunthorpe track league on Friday 10th.

Final round <strong><u>Tuesday</u> 28th August</strong>
